The role sits in a team that works with demanding government clients that require the highest possible level of service. The team provides insights that inform executive decisions on policy, and intelligence/analysis that plays a critical role in making sure the client stays relevant and responsive.
The Analyst will have a background in consumer insights, marketing communication, or similar, gained in an agency environment. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a good grasp of qual and quant analysis, advanced excel skills, and a strong academic record. You will understand both the importance of social media and the complexities of social media analysis. Fluency in Arabic will be an advantage, although not essential.
