Our client is passionate about media, brand and communications research. They partner with clients to understand how to engage with consumers, improve brand equity and ultimately grow their brands. They work with leading names in retail, FMCG, media and technology.
They are recruiting for an Associate Director to lead the team in the overall execution and delivery of key media and comms tracking projects.
You will be working across a range of clients and sectors, leading a client account team to ensure the client needs are met through successful delivery of high-quality fieldwork. Understanding fully their business, motivations and the impact of your work.
Building great relationships with your clients, you’ll use your knowledge to contribute towards winning new business and training existing clients. You will be someone genuinely passionate about brands, comms and media; who loves providing amazing insight to their clients and inspiring those around you.
You will need proven experience of meeting client’s needs along with solid research skills including survey design, questionnaire creation, project management, data analysis and reporting. Your experience will be largely quantitative based, with potential involvement in qualitative work.
You will be someone who is confident in presenting insights to clients and be a collaborative team player, displaying drive, energy and initiative to get things done.
