The main purpose of the role is to work with growing brands to help shape how they communicate with their target audiences on social media and beyond. Do do this, you will:
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative social media research, and create compelling stories from the insights
* Manage international and domestic social media analysis projects
* Motivate and train other team members
* Identify and take advantage of new business opportunities with both existing and new clients
The ideal candidate will be experienced in market research, and have experience working at a market research agency, brand communications agency, or marcomms consultancy. Aptitude in social media analysis techniques/tools is required..
