This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and entrepreneurial London brand strategy agency, who are seeking an Associate Director to join their growing team. The agency is a collaboration of experts in insight, brand and design, working together to solve brand challenges. They work on a range of strategic challenges for global brands, and therefore the projects are global in scope.
The role of Associate Director has been created to give the candidate the chance to lead a team and to be one of the driving forces behind growth. The role is collaborative and autonomous, as you will work as part of a team but maintain the freedom to shape things as you see fit.
Key responsibilities include playing a key role in shaping what the agency offers and helping the director design proposals for new business. Projects are varied and range from innovation to brand architecture to internal change.
The successful candidate will have held a senior consultant (or similar) role and will have proven experience in insight or brand strategy, ideally gained in an agency environment. A clear focus on brand is key here. You will understand both the big and small picture: you will be able to discuss the ‘big vision’ for a brand without losing focus on the details of how to get there. You will be passionate about brand strategy and have a talent for bringing out the best in any brand.
