They are looking for an Associate Director to contribute to the management of the UK Market CS function interfacing with Clients, Sales and Operations teams. The AD is instrumental in contributing to the company strategy for the UK market, supporting specific decisions at Market level, and coordinating any initiatives that are assigned to them.
The main responsibilities are to manage (directly or indirectly) PMs servicing the UK market and deliver revenue against plan in partnership with sales. All whilst maintaining our client’s high-quality standards.
You will interact with stakeholders of other departments, building and maintaining strong relationships with their UK clients and all internal functions. Supporting and contributing to strategy vision for the UK Market.
Experienced in an online Market research environment in a management capacity, you will have very good organisational and communication skills, together with excellent management skills.
Able to lead the team from the front line, with a proven ability to motivate and foster a team-work environment; you will have the ability to multi-task and be capable of overseeing 150+ projects a month (with a client portfolio of 100+ clients).
You will be highly organised and able to work in a fast and growing environment – a calm and clear thinker with the ability to establish good working relationships with Sales group and other functions.
