This specialist insights agency who specialises in customer experience are now looking for an Associate Director for a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role you will be responsible for gathering information about your clients and their business operations in order to understand and better their needs, seeking out development opportunities and identifying opportunities for your client; from conducting analysis on existing research, suggesting different methodologies or research techniques to answer their business issues.
*Knowledge of all aspects of market research practice including survey design, sampling, questionnaire design, fieldwork, coding, analysis, elementary statistics, report preparation and presenting.
*Appreciation of commercial aspects – costs, cost control and highlighting tasks which fall outside any existing contractual commitment.
*The ability to liaise with clients to generate new business opportunities, leading to successful proposal writing.
*Comprehending of the MRS Code of Conduct and Data Privacy responsibilities, sharing this knowledge with colleagues and clients as and when needed.
*The ability to be able to aid development of junior researchers whom report directly to you, as well as involvement in wider team development.
The ideal candidate will have had at least eight years research experience preferably with some customer satisfaction experience and at least 12 months experience in a similar position.
