Working as part of their Customer team and with many leading brands, the research they do puts the customer at the centre of their business. Providing an understanding of how their customer experience matches up to their brand promise.
Sector diverse with a bias towards travel, transport and leisure; you will be working on a dynamic mix of ad hoc and tracking projects. Alongside other specialists in the Customer Experience division.
You will be a role model who leads by example, with a very keen interest to work and develop a career within customer experience research.
You will have proven quantitative market research agency experience. With a solid background in writing proposals, running research projects and delivering impactful presentations.
