Associate Director, Quant

What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced and confident Quant Associate Director who is also comfortable with qualitative disciplines when required. You’ll have a talent for finding the stories in the data and communicating insight to clients.
The Quant Associate Director will be responsible for leading research projects from design to completion for multi-national clients from large corporates to small independents, ensuring high quality research is delivered within agreed deadlines.
About you:
You will be an experienced research professional, who is comfortable working alongside senior management to support project rollouts with new clients. You will also be passionate about the role of research in improving performance and able to convey this passion to clients.
There will be some overseas business travel, and a good working knowledge of qualitative techniques, including conducting and coding interviews would be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
£45,000 – £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, a truly positive and supportive environment, a healthy work life balance, plenty of scope for progression and REMOTE, hybrid, or office working!
