The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity to work at Associate Director level with some of the UKs largest brands within a consulting and account management focused team. Integral to forging relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner and helping shape their business via the use of social data.

Responsibility for client retention and growth of a range of different brands, harnessing the power of the businesses SaaS platform and social data consulting unit.

This new client team has overall responsibility for a set of clients and you will be the main lead in building and developing key stakeholder relationships across the account. Your main focus will be on account management and social data consulting and how you can leverage this and add value and help grow their business.

About You:
At senior account management/associate director level, you should have solid account management experience and be able to deliver a consultative approach.

You will work to service clients and retain the platform subscription with the ability to sell custom social intelligence projects. You will be required to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across companies and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s social intelligence proposition.

You should have a track record in delivering ROI through excellent client service, be able to provide consulting that is high end with social data. Understand the nuances of social data and consult with clients on innovation and strategic brand development.

Highly experienced with expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data, ability to plan research projects, awareness and understanding of both qual and quant research.

Salary & Benefits:
£65,000 per annum depending on experience and skill-set plus an award winning set of benefits. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the London office.
