Bio:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing evaluation team in London who have a renowned reputation for delivering highly impactful, high quality pieces of evaluation work across a wide range of policy areas. This established agency has a growing and commercial team of experts including, evaluators, economists, behavioural scientists, so you will be immersed and working alongside people who put social impact at the heart of the work they conduct.

What’s the opportunity?
Your main focus will be on evaluating the effectiveness and impact of policies and programmes in order to improve public services. The key policy areas are around cohesion in the community, criminal justice and security, counter terrorism, asylum seeker policy, knife crime and many more thematic related areas. You will be working with hard to reach audiences and the impact of this evaluation work will contribute to and develop, change and impact on public policy in the UK and internationally.

For this pivotal role you will be leading on high profile projects and lead evaluation studies, spanning quant and qual research encompassing a range of evaluation frameworks and methodologies. You will help to develop the team’s business opportunities, you will be working very closely with partner organisations and also leading on winning and writing proposals and help grow the business and the scope of this team, identify key areas where the business can build on and bid for work.

For this role, we need someone who has excellent project management and client facing skills and someone who get can involved in managing the team along with the other senior management. You will have a voice and be pivotal in growing the team’s reach. This organisation is a commercial environment, demands are high and the pace of work is fast.
