Our award-winning Market Research agency is seeking a high-calibre Associate Director looking for a new challenge across a diverse brand portfolio. Working with many of the UK’s leading retail brands, they are looking for a talented Associate Director who has the creativity and drive to strengthen their team further.
As an expert in quantitative research, you’ll ensure clients receive water-tight solutions as well as help our client to drive forward innovation in their approach. Having also gained experience in qual, you will be expected to run research that combine both approaches.
Your role on projects will be to set pace and direction, ensure quality standards and troubleshoot where necessary; ensuring projects are completed to match client expectations and our client’s own high standards.
They’re seeking a combination of ability, adaptability and leadership, together with a creative mind that can deliver bespoke and fresh research solutions. You will have proven experience in designing and delivering highly complex, multi-strand projects as well as meeting deadlines; and will have the skills to manage and inspire those with less experience.
Previous retail, technology/telecoms, FMCG or travel-research experience is a bonus. However, this role is more about having a passion for these sectors and being in tune with current trends and the way consumers think. Experience moderating a range of qualitative methodologies including focus groups is a nice to have.
