What’s the opportunity?
The focus of this role is on helping solve key challenges relating to energy, the natural environment and transport. This includes transitioning to Net Zero, enhancing climate resilience, and encouraging more active travel.

As behavioural science grows in importance in public policy so does this team. As Associate Director you will be generating client value through the application of behavioural insight – both as a stand-alone function, but also designing and testing interventions and evaluating impacts for policy.

This means you will collaborate with policy and methods experts to help clients scope, design, implement and evaluate behaviour change programmes. In this role you will support the delivery of behaviour change relating to the environment, energy, travel, and transport. You will also support wider policy needs such as health and wellbeing, sustainability, financial wellbeing and misinformation.
