This international financial advisory company is looking to expand their team in London by bringing in a high-calibre Client Insights Manager
The business specialises in data and information gathering, insight generation, and business decision support for the world’s leading financial service providers. The company has grown considerably since its inception 10 years ago, with offices in the UK, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.
Looking after UK clients, you will be responsible for managing the output of the research team, ensuring that clients’ business priorities are turned into insightful and actionable recommendations. You will be mentoring the junior analysts, developing and managing surveys from design through fieldwork and into analysis and most importantly presenting the insights to senior stakeholders at key clients.
To be successful in the role you will have prior experience in a market research agency, have experience of delivering customer insights and presenting this at senior management level. You will be able to demonstrate an unprecedented level of client service whilst having the ability to challenge the status quo. Experience of SPSS, as well as banking or financial experience would be beneficial. This is an exciting time to join this forward-thinking company.
