This leader in strategic social listening consultancy is looking for a Client Services Director to lead the consumer offering.
Through technology and human analysis this company reads and interprets online conversations to help brands build winning strategies from consumer voices, supporting tactical decisions on product design, marketing and advertising. At the core of this role will be client and account management with existing and new clients.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a good track record in building and managing clients. You will have been exposed to marketing research and be comfortable communicating what the research outcomes means for a business. You will be client focused, strategic, results orientated with a strong level of drive and resilience; ideally with a track record in the consumer/FMCG space.
