This leader in strategic social listening consultancy is looking for a Client Services Director to be an integral part of the public sector offering.
Through technology and human analysis this company reads and interprets online conversations to help brands build winning strategies from consumer voices, supporting tactical decisions on product design, marketing and advertising. Working closely with the Head of Public, your role will encompass client and account management with both existing and new clients.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a good track record in building and managing clients. You will have been exposed to marketing research and be comfortable communicating what the research outcomes means for a business. You will be client focused, strategic, results orientated with a strong level of drive and resilience; ideally with a track record of working successfully with public sector organisations.
