The Company:
International brand consultancy building brand awareness through both qualitative and quantitative research focussing on the impact of cultural insights. Well established – they are going through a growth phase as a result of business growth and therefore expanding the team. London based, the team work together 3 days a week and travel to clients and for fieldwork both within the UK and globally. It’s a highly creative team with a very positive culture.

The Opportunity:
We are working with them to hire an Associate Research Director. This is a significant role for the company and you will be part of a really strong team. Working in their commercial team you would be working primarily with media & tech clients across a range of products and services. You will be responsible for pulling together proposals, carrying out field work and delivering insights to your clients. We are looking for someone who is a good coach manager and who can build a team. You will be familiar with a range of methodologies as this client likes to stretch the brief and their ability to excite and inspire their clients.

About you:
You will probably describe yourself as a creative qually with a passion for global brands and an understanding and an interest in cultural insights. With at least 6 years experience in a creative environment you are most likely looking for a challenge and a chance to make an impact on a new employer.

Salary & Benefits:
£50,000 – £67,000 per annum, plus benefits and hybrid working + travel.
