You will work on quant and qual consumer research studies, including customer satisfaction, bran, advertising evaluation tracking and ad-hoc projects, telling compelling stories to help make better and informed decisions. You will be confident when engaging with stakeholders at all levels and be comfortable managing research agencies to ensure high quality timely delivery. To be successful in this role you will have a good track record of providing clear, persuasive, actionable insights, championing the voice of the customer with passion and be able to bring the insights to life.
