Customer Success Manager

Bio:
Leading live brand tracking and testing platform that measures consumer instinct and feelings towards brands at scale. Helping some of the world’s most exciting brands achieve their growth goals. They’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join their team in London.

Opportunity:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with their customers to help them achieve success with the platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and align their brand and marketing goals to our cutting-edge market research system. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that customers are adequately immersed in the total value that the platform can deliver and for driving them towards success. You’ll bring the right solutions to customers to meet your customer retention and upsell targets.

As our ideal candidate, you have 1-2 years’ experience in market research. You have experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and have commercial conversations with customers. You’re highly organised, proactive, commercially minded, an excellent communicator, and passionate about brand and marketing.
