Depth Interviewing & Observation, UX Project, Technology Brands – URGENT

This is a really interesting project lasting between 2 – 4 weeks for a strategic innovation consultancy who work for leading technical brands. Looking into customer experience and user experience, this consultancy like to get into the minds of consumers in order to inform brand strategy.

We are currently seeking 2 user experience & qualitative professionals to conduct in-depth interviews over the phone and face to face and participate in reporting and work-shopping. This is all about user experience, customer experience, knowing when to probe and when not to and finally – once the fieldwork aspect has been completed you will be confident in providing analysis and reporting on your findings.

You must be able to speak (to a native level) either German or Mandarin and happy to travel to either, Germany or China respectively. Travel will of course be paid for.

You will have experience in conducting qualitative in-depth interviews (both face to face and telephone) and some experience in on-site observations.

Must haves:

  • Proven experience in a previous project similar to this one
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Proficiency in either German or Mandarin to a native level
  • Immediately available
  • Based in London, but happy to travel (paid for)
