This specialist division of a major advertising network works on addressing complex international behavioural and social issues. After a period of strong growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Digital Insights Manager to join the team in London.
The agency uses multimedia messaging to conduct research on countering violent extremism (CVE). The role is positioned to analyse the performance of campaigns delivered using social media and other online platforms. The Insights Manager will also be responsible for developing innovative reporting and data visualisation methods to strengthen internal and external understanding of results.
Other responsibilities include:
* Social media monitoring and analysis
* Conduct a wide range of social listening
* Design bespoke dashboards that can pull information from a range of online sources
* Trail new digital/analytical tools
To be successful in the role, you will be experienced in using online analytical tools, have prior experience in sentiment analysis, and have strong data visualisation skills. Ideally, you will have worked on projects in developing countries or conflict zones, as well as a good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
