Based in West London, our client is a unique division within a leading large-scale research organisation. They specialise in consumer research for a leading global alcoholic beverage company, within a specific and fast-growing global region.
They are looking for a Senior Projects and Operations Manager to join this key account and define the role of the Project and Operations team. Proactively driving innovation, refining processes and improving efficiency.
A dynamic and varied role, it will include heading up the management and delivery of research projects for the region, alongside operations management. You will act as the gatekeeper between local fieldwork units, suppliers and the client service team.
You will be driven, proactive and energetic. A natural communicator and problem-solver, with a meticulous attention to detail. Someone who is self-motivating, with the assertiveness and confidence to drive change. You will possess a commercial, big-picture mindset.
You will be someone with a genuine interest in quantitative research operations and how to optimise these to the highest standards, streamlining processes in order to do so. Either someone with strong Market Research operations capability elsewhere or with a clear vision of what that looks like.
You will have thorough understanding of market research and experience in a similar research agency, running and delivering large or multi-country projects. An ability to work across time zones and show multicultural sensitivity, alongside a willingness to travel are also important for this role.
