This tourism organisation is looking for an evaluation expert to join their team in London.
The main purpose of the role is to implement/improve evaluation processes and methodologies in order to improve performance over time.
The main responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of three evaluation specialists who are responsible for evaluating the company’s effectiveness
- Developing a combined analytics and evaluation framework
- Ensuring the company’s evaluation processes are best practice, in line with new industry developments, and relevant to marketing objectives
- Work with the analytics team to understand how best to incorporate data into current approaches.
To be successful in the role, you will have strong experience in evaluation, preferably in the public sector, with experience building evaluation frameworks. You will have experience designing, analysing, and reporting on surveys, and delivering reporting of data/ROI. You will be an analytical thinker, a strong team player, and a good people manger.
