This data collection and research facilitator is looking for a research operations professional to join their team in London as a Facilities Director.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent focus groups/interviews and oversee general management of the research facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Facilities management including coordinating the calendar, financial responsibility, managing HR, and acting as a liaison between the project management, facilities, and QA team
- Client management and development
To be successful in the role you will have prior experience in a client facing role in the events or market research industry. You will be a great team leader, a skilled multi-tasker, and have fantastic organisational skills.
