With a focus on customer strategy, this agency puts the Voice of the Customer at the heart of strategic decisions to drive strategy and growth for its clients, across retail, financial, travel & hospitality, TMT, and consumer services.
As Head of Analytics, your key objective will be around adding value to analytics and smart thinking to drive improvement and consistency to outputs. Working directly with clients, you will be confident with a range of advanced analytical techniques used in the research industry including regression analysis, predictive modelling, max-diff, segmentation, CHAID and factor analysis. You will be competent in SPSS and have good knowledge of SAS and have experience of working in a market research agency. Great opportunity to make a difference at a senior level.
