This agency leads the way in using advanced behavioural science to help resolve commercial problems for their clients who span a number of continents and sectors.
Working out how high net worth consumers decide on their choice of kitchen and developing a strategy for a new skincare launch illustrates the variety you can expect as part of this team. This agency have developed a range of bespoke tools in order to apply research using behavioural science as the premise.
What’s the Opportunity?
They are looking for an experienced Qual Research Director keen to step up to a new challenge and help build the qual proposition and a team of qual researchers. This is a unique opportunity in a business that is known for its point of difference in the qual world. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, ideally have a strong solid career within qual strategic insight, have an in-depth understanding of applying bespoke qual tools and the development of these techniques to help best resolve the clients commercial problems.
You will manage the team along with the support and guidance of the MD but you will be the one who will lead and grow, highly commercial with a strategic approach is a must.
In this role you would manage the qual team, be responsible for new business, write proposals, full life cycle of projects, be involved in marketing and networking to promote the business and use your research skills to contribute to the insights needed by their clients.
Salary & Benefits:
£70,000 – £85,000 per annum. This is a great environment to learn and develop in at a growing agency where you will be supported and have regular contact with the team. Flexible team that are present in the London office 4 days a week.
