The Opportunity:
The Head of Quant will grow and drive business with a list of impressive established clients whilst also bringing in new clients. This is an opportunity to make a name for themselves in the industry as quant insight leaders. The role will involve managing an established team and the projects are mainly multi-country international projects across a range of different countries and cultures.

To be successful in this role, you will be a senior leader within the industry with an impressive track record, you will be coming to this role with challenging, innovative and alternative ideas as to how to grow the quant team. You will strive to stand out from the other agencies in the industry, there is great growth potential to make a mark, attend conferences, be a thought leader in this space and represent the agency.

About You:
You should have a solid career in the quantitative research world and bring with you new ideas around quant which challenge and disrupt the already existing quant teams in other agencies.
