Working on consumer, innovation and customer experience research, you will manage ad hoc quant and qual projects plus manage an online community and some digital projects so it offers plenty of variety. You will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders so you must have fantastic communication skills and the ability to make insight accessible to a range of non-research-literate people. You will be working within a fantastic team of research professionals so you will have lots of people to learn from and be inspired by. This team are passionate about creating and delivering the best quality research possible.
The ideal candidate will have strong ad hoc quant research experience gained in a research agency and you must have experience at running all stages of a project. Exposure to qual or online communities would be helpful but it is not essential. This is a brilliant step onto client-side and will open up a whole new career of opportunities.
