This role is offered on a 4 day a week basis (or could be 5 days with part time hours) and your role as Insight Advisor/Insight Manager will be integral to the insight team as a whole.
Insight and research is at the heart of this organisation and is key to everything they do. Their focus is transport and customer satisfaction, so you will be working on consumer, innovation and customer experience research.
In terms of skills, they are looking for somebody either from agency or client side research who has experience managing and setting up trackers, the ability to design insightful and snappy presentations and somebody with initiative and attention to detail. The nature of the research is varied, so good knowledge of ad hoc and working knowledge of qualitative would be beneficial. You must have experience in analysing quantitative data.
This team are passionate about creating and delivering the best quality research possible, there is a great atmosphere with little hierarchy and the subjects they cover are usually topics of real interest that respondents actually want to get involved with and get their opinions out about.
