In the position of insight manager, you will be working closely with the team and the Head of Insight to provide the organisation with a deep understanding of relevant customer segments and behaviours, stakeholder analysis, market insights and trends to drive business focus and development. You will be instrumental in providing insight to help paint the picture of key levers that impact customer engagement and organisational success.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate experience in the use of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to inform decision makers and ensure the customer is at the heart of business decisions. You will have gained experience agency side and ideally client side, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and be able to deliver at a senior level, ideally with non-profit/social research knowledge.
