This leading independent research agency specialising in customer experience are looking for a Research Manager to join the team.
Working one of Europe’s largest financial tracker projects, you will be central to the continued success of this project. You will be familiar with different data collection methods, questionnaire design, different statistical approaches (regression, correlation etc.), and analysis and reporting.
You will comfortable managing a number of projects, liaising with clients at a senior level and presenting results accordingly. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of SPSS, have excellent attention to detail, have experience of challenging clients and recommending fresh approaches with the gravitas to present and engage with senior colleagues.
