This independent market research agency specialising in customer experience and loyalty is looking for a Research Manager to join their great team. You will be tasked with working on ad-hoc projects, as well as trackers for one or two key clients. You will be involved in questionnaire design, analysis, reporting and presentation, telling a compelling insightful story from the data and work closely with senior stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will have worked an agency, delivering creative insights and demonstrate an interest in or experience of the financial services sector.
