This charity/membership organisation is looking for an Insight Manager. The role is newly created and plays an essential part in the company’s strategic plan for the next five years.
The main purpose of the role is to lead the strategic direction of the organisation, and make strategic recommendations based on analysis of their existing database, which has over half a million members.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
* Implementing and developing a new impact measurement framework
* Drive analysis sessions and make strategic recommendations
* Assist in the development of further research
* Work with the senior team and a diverse set of senior stakeholders
Longer term goals include supporting the organisation’s theory of change, management of its evaluation and evolution over time, and working with the communications team to translate impact, evidence and turn it into a compelling narrative aligned with the organisation
The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial quantitative researcher with experience in evaluation and monitoring. You will be passionate about exploring people’s behaviour and motivations, and have a knack for creative problem solving.
