Ideally you will come from a solid quant background, however they are open to mixed methods, you will need to be comfortable with conducting qual focused interviews. You will be given the opportunity to play an important role within a busy team, and get involved at all stages of projects, attend pitch/debrief meetings, moderate groups, analyse data, keep on top of project management tasks, as well as assist in the development of junior members of staff.
You will need to have good commercial awareness, the confidence and ability to interact with C-Suite clients in high profile global businesses. There is opportunity to travel and many of the projects are global.
