This award-winning strategic insights consultancy is looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join their team as a Qualitative Fieldwork Team Assistant.
The company works with a range of companies in tech, media, and retail, and the client list includes some of the world’s best-known brands. The company provides insight (qualitative and quantitative) on brand positioning and development, commercial strategy, service innovation and creative development.
The purpose of the role is to support the senior team with all admin throughout the life cycle of projects. Responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for admin tasks for fieldwork projects
- Upkeep of participant/recruiter database
- Keeping relevant paperwork up to date
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation
To be successful in the role you will have experience in an admin role at a research agency. You will have great communication and negotiation skills, and a keen desire to develop your career in research.
