There are two main facets to the role. Firstly, managing a key account in the retail sector. This will involve proactive engagement with the client to identify and implement any improvements and ensuring that clients are fully benefitting from the combined expertise of all the departments of the agency. Secondly, developing new business with both existing high-value clients and completely new clients.
The successful candidate will be an intelligent, commercially-minded, and proactive account manager with lots of experience owning high-value client relationships. While a strong background in research is not required, you must be able to speak knowledgeably about different approaches in research at a high level.
