You will work closely with their amazing research teams to deliver multi country, quantitative, high-quality research programmes across customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects, from quoting stage through to the final project deliverable, ensuring that projects run efficiently to specification and to budget. Working closely with the Project Director, you’ll work on process management to drive efficiencies in working practices.
You will be liaising with external clients, alongside internal Operational and Research teams, ensuring all stages of a project are delivered to the highest quality. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for quotations and costs, as well as managing and implementing project set-up. You will be quality checking survey materials, project inputs and outputs, as well as data checking, proofreading and signing off key documents.
You will be someone with experience of project managing quantitative research projects. You will be able to work under pressure and meet agreed timelines, with excellent attention to detail, alongside strong communication and organisational skills. You will be a positive, dedicated, team player with a can do, solution-focused attitude
