They are looking for a Project Manager to be a point of escalation for any operational concerns, suggestions or issues of the team members and other related departments.
You will be responsible for the delivery of processes on your own assigned projects and able where necessary to support the wider team – ensuring smooth running and meeting the timeline expectations, while maintaining our client’s high-quality standards.
Working closely with Scripting, QA and Data Processing and all other internal teams to ensure that all projects can be scheduled and delivered; and ensuring smooth relationships with the Sales, Panel and Supply groups.
You will also update and support the Associate Director – maintaining and updating the reporting documents and help with team planning including helping to find new TLs and PMs.
With experience in Market Research / Online field, you will have very good knowledge and understanding of Project Management – A people’s person with managerial and motivational skills.
You will have a sound knowledge of tools (scripting/ coding/ panel partners) together with a good understanding of deliverable (Sample /Data) requirements of clients using Online MR.
Proactive with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude, you will have excellent communication and customer service orientation skills.
