Project Manager – Qualitative – UX Research and Design
This is a great opportunity for a qual PM to take their skills to a design agency that develops UX and customer journey maps for top brands.
Here you will work with a talented team of Qual, UX Researchers and designers in developing insights and innovative solutions into an exciting portfolio of clients.
Here you’ll project manage online and f2f qual studies to develop insight across various touchpoints including digital, pureplay, retail, call centres and other marketing outlets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project scoping and definition.
-Working closely with multiple clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
-Managing the agency resources on a day to day basis.
-Management of budgets and other financial aspects.
-Liaising with the Client Services Directors and Research/Design Leads.
-Developing project documentation e.g. SoW, Timeline, Proposals.
-Inspiring co-workers and sharing knowledge and skills with the team, recognising the potential in the latest technology and other trends.
For this role, you’ll need sound experience in managing qual research projects and ideally have an understating of digital and user experience.
