Our client is a leading global data collection agency who are pioneers in healthcare panels and global customer satisfaction services. They work with large-scale corporations and research agencies, specialising in the B2B and healthcare sectors.
Reporting to the Research Director, as Project Manager you will operate as the single point of contact throughout the fieldwork process. You will ensure a high level of data collection quality across projects, coordinating with relevant internal departments to meet project deadlines and liaising with external partners.
From a Market Research Project Manager background, you will be providing strong value-add to clients. Addressing field challenges to meet all client required deadlines within budget. Working with internal scripting and data processing departments for best practice data collection.
You will be resourceful, independent and switched-on. Someone who is proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. A bright and enthusiastic individual, looking to grow in a company with strong internal progression and career development, that promotes the individual. You will have previous experience working across any one of the following: Quantitative, Qualitative, CAWI online and CATI.
