Bio:
This independently owned and award winning pharma research agency are looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Manager to join their expanding UK team.

This agency is heavily involved in the application of innovative techniques to engage with the pharma world and respondents, they are renowned for new approaches and offering a bespoke and different way to help clients resolve their commercial problems.

Working across a range of different therapeutic areas, they are continuously pushing boundaries and are thought leaders who are very active in the UK pharma agency community, regularly presenting at BHBIA and Emphra.

They are very vocal in these new approaches and are looking to grow their list of already impressive clients in the pharma world.

What’s the opportunity?
As Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a range of global projects across different therapeutic areas and technically you will be immersed in developing and implementing qual techniques to help clients resolve a range of commercial problems. You should come to this role with energy and an interest in the pharma research world.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in the healthcare market research world at an agency or to have been involved in a research focused client-side pharma role or working in a role that deals with OTC products and research.

You will need experience in moderating focus groups, IDIs, application of ethnographic techniques and be confident talking to a diverse range of people from patients to clinicians.

Your client management skills should be excellent and your knowledge overall of different treatment areas should be extensive and varied.
