Qual Senior Associate Director

What’s the opportunity?
As Qual Associate Research Director you will lead the agency’s qualitative offering. This is a new role within the business that comes with significant growth potential and is particularly suited to a qual-focused researcher at Associate Director-level looking to make the next step in their career.
About you:
You will be an expert in conducting depth interviews, moderating groups, and facilitating workshops – both online and when required, face-to-face. You will be adept at writing proposals and pitching to clients.
You will also be passionate about the role of research in improving performance and can convey this passion to clients and able to undertake some overseas business travel when required.
Salary & Benefits:
£55,000 – £62,000 per annum, plus benefits, a truly positive and supportive environment, a healthy work life balance, plenty of scope for progression and REMOTE, hybrid, or office working!
