The work is challenging and varied and encompasses many aspects of qualitative research including accompanied shops, immersions, in-home ethnography, online communities and workshops, but this is more than just another Qual RM role. This is a strategic consultancy role taking you beyond the limits of qual and into a client-centric, innovative world where new products are imagined and born.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in innovation within FMCG and strong qualitative research skills – this will be ideally from a strategic consultancy but could be from a research agency or client company. Experience in a client-side R&D team would also be considered. Above all, you will be curious and smart with fantastic client handling skills.
