This consumer advisory start-up is looking for a qualitative researcher to join their team.
The company offers both consumer advice and business services including events, content creation, and workshops. As the business has grown, so too has the demand for research services. This is a newly-created role intended to support the delivery of bespoke research projects.
The main purpose of the role is to take ownership of a portfolio of projects from proposal to presentation. UX usability interviews, depth interviews, and moderating groups are key elements of the role, and you’ll be working across a range of consumer-focused products.
This role will suit an experienced qualitative researcher who has strong moderation and analysis skills and who is looking to build up their project management and storytelling experience. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders right from the get-go, so you must also have strong client handling skills.
As this is a developing business it is essential that you have a common-sense, independent mindset and are willing to get stuck and help at all levels.
