My client is looking for two Research Managers who enjoy working on complex projects.
The agency is well established and specialises in customer satisfaction research. There will be a mixture of ad hoc and tracking projects, although predominantly tracking, on both UK and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have agency experience leading quantitative research from design to delivery and managing key accounts, and with a strong track record working with large data samples or trackers. We are looking for candidates with solid project management skills and have some line management or people mentoring experience. The successful candidates will ideally have had a good exposure to the automotive sector, however, open to other sectors covering customer experience research.
