This independent body with responsibility for improving people’s money management is looking for a Research Data Analyst to join the insight team.
The organisation has a lot of data at its disposal and will look to you to interpret complex data in a meaningful and concise way, and to deliver these interpretations in an easy to understand way. You will be delivering new and actionable insight about consumers and their engagement with financial services, using analytics and data modelling expertise. You will also be tasked with analysing population data from various sources in order to identify insight and trends which will help the organisation determine strategy, policy and propositions.
Working proactively with stakeholders, you will be proactive in sourcing insight data and presenting findings in a meaningful and accessible way that leads to action.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in SPSS, Stata, Microsoft Office and other analytical tools, working with complex data analysis and relevant modelling tools. You will be able to apply techniques such as regression analysis, cluster analysis and other data mining approaches. You will be comfortable in presenting your findings and providing strategic recommendations at all levels.
An understanding of financial services and an experience of working on large social research and longitudinal datasets desirable. Great opportunity to join this client-side organisation at an exciting time.
