Operating at the core of this online research business, the Research Development Manager will help ensure that methodologies used will produce the richest insight from consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the future of the research industry from a technical point of view, along with an innate curiosity around behavioural science and consumer psychology. Although not directly client facing, this is a highly strategic role, helping to shape and innovate client-friendly platforms.
This position would suit a qual or mixed methods researcher, looking for something a bit different; you will be motivated by figuring out the drivers behind consumer behaviour – and you’ll have the ability to create research products accordingly.
Product implementation development experience would be highly desirable.
