This global insight agency specialising in shopper research is looking for a Research Director to lead a team and help with the agency’s next development stage. Working with clients across retail, FMCG and hospitality, this agency translates real emotions and behaviours into actionable insights, to help inform strategy.
Leading and managing a team, you will drive commercial activity, building key partnerships and have P&L responsibility. You will keep up to date with the industry to ensure a true understanding of your clients’ issues, ensuring long term partnerships.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in psychology and human behaviour, have a strong knowledge of research methodologies (quant and qual), and have team management experience gained from within a market research agency or client side. The role is office based but offers some flexibility.
