This independent consumer research agency has a great new opportunity for a Research Director to come in and lead the research team. The agency works across a whole range of sectors including food & drink, hospitality and exhibitions and conducts advertising research, brand engagement and customer experience using online communities and quant research., as well as some traditional qual.
The agency is dynamic and technology driven and requires a Director who can inspire and the lead the team, as well as taking the business to the next level. The agency has a relatively flat structure, so although focused on leading the team and growing the business, you will also be involved in projects in what is a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.
This role will suit an ambitious and entrepreneurial junior Research Director or senior Associate Director with fantastic people management and commercial skills. You will be a generalist rather than a sector specialist, with experience in a range of quant techniques and online communities. The perfect role for a senior researcher who wants to manage and grow a small business.
