Research Manager – Audience Research

The Client:
Our client is a global communications agency who effect behavioural change in fragile and conflict states. We’re looking for a Research Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £47,000 and excellent benefits package.

The Opportunity:

The focus of this role is working in fragile and conflict states and helping to improve the lives of those affected by conflict. You will be using primary and secondary research tools in order to assess and measure impact of communications campaigns dedicating to changing behaviour.

You can expect to:

● Carry out analysis of qualitative and quantitative data for assessing the performance and effectiveness of multimedia communications activity

● Rigorously manipulate data sets to provide meaningful and actionable insights

● Write assessment reports and feed research findings into other reporting

● Design data collection tools for pre-testing, formative research and assessment such as questionnaires, discussion guides

About you:

You should have circa 4 years experience in adhoc quantitative research and have a strong interest in geo politics particularly in the context of Europe. Ideally you will have;

● Experience designing and conducting mixed methods research studies

● Experience managing research projects from design to report writing
