You’ll need some solid experience/interest in online communities as part of your role will include the long term management of online communities alongside ad hoc qual research projects.
You will be expected to have a solid background in handling research projects from beginning to end, be confident moderating communities, able to write guides etc and have input in writing reports with more senior colleagues.
At Research Manager level you’ll also be expected to lead all aspects of research projects from start to finish, be a confident and creative moderator of communities, interviews and focus groups, and be able to deliver to your clients by becoming their trusted advisor.
