Research Manager – Global Communications
Our client is a global communications agency, this team focuses on changing behaviour in fragile and conflict states globally. The research team provides vital support to the communications team by supporting, creating and evaluating campaigns using a range of methodologies.
What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a Research Manager to work on campaign evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative research as well as open source data.
You will be confident in designing assessment frameworks to ensure both the effectiveness of the messaging is assessed, as well as the assessment of the strategy/Theory of Change itself. You will analyse datasets to produce (write) baseline, midline and endline reports, which may vary in depth and scope, according to client requirements.
There will additionally be the requirement to present account managers with quick cuts of data and immediate insights to assist with regular client reporting, taking place on a weekly or more frequent basis. The position will require frequent liaison with research partners who perform the primary research on behalf of the organisation.
The position will also entail other research tasks as required by the team, including but not limited to open source research, desk reviews, lessons learned/best practice write ups, etc.

Salary & Benefits:
£39,000 – £43,000 per annum, plus benefits.
