We are looking for a Research Manager who enjoys working with customer experience research. This role is with a strategic research consultancy that helps many of the world’s leading companies improve their customer journey.
The main purpose of the role is to lead quantitative research in a key sector (either healthcare or financial services) and engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure the team is producing the best possible solutions. The RM will also build a new team that delivers very high-quality work, and support the development of junior staff, and take responsibility for managing projects at all stages. Projects are multi-market focused and although predominantly trackers, they also cover ad hoc studies.
To be successful in the role you will need to be an experienced quantitative researcher who has led projects from design to delivery, with proven client relationship management skills. You will be meticulously organised and a good project manager. You will either have team management experience or possesses strong leadership skills and has been involved in mentoring, training and hiring. The company works across a wide range of sectors, so a generalist is preferred over a sector specialist.
